IT's A....Boy? Girl?

Well at 2:00 today, we headed into the doctor's to find out what little peanut was...

We promptly got into see the ultrasound technician, Amy, and waited for about 15 minutes while Amy took a bunch of measurements. The little peanut weighed 1 pound and was in the 64 percentile. After she took the measurements of the baby we got to see the little head and body. While we were viewing the ultra sound, the baby had its feet crossed up above it's head. It was quite a sight. We saw the eyes, the little mouth and tongue moving, the four chambers of the heart, the little ribs, the kidneys, the bladder, the spine, and the arms and legs moving. Unfortunatly, because the legs were up in front of the body...she could not tell 100% if it was a girl or a boy...BUT she thinks it is a girl. :)

So hopefully on Wednesday we are going to go get a 3D ultrasound. If we are unable to get an ultrasound on Wednesday, we will have to wait another 6 weeks.
